Paolino Development serves as Design-Build contractor. Many of the homes we’ve built over the years have been for customers that either owned land or a home that they’ve wanted to tear down or completely renovate. These projects can be quite large and daunting for most homeowners. A design/builder serves as the overall general contractor and project manager on behalf and with the homeowner.
From the design – we can work with your architect or provide our own to help with the overall concept and inception plans be it a teardown or complete renovation project. Once the general design is set we would then work with architects and our team to develop construction documents which will allow us to provide budgets and pricing plan. We can bid the project out or have our crews manage the project. A design/build allows us to oversee and manage the entire project which would include: design and architectural, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finished carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath, all inspections, and final punch lists.
