Boca Properties of Pa and Paolino Development are owned and operated by Matthew J. Paolino.  

 

Paolino Development is a leading builder and renovator of residential homes, working with owners, architects, as well as local and state regulatory agencies to ensure each customer the personal attention necessary to realize the home of their dreams in a professional and timely manner. Matt is a local Philadelphian, lifelong Radnor area resident and 3rd generation builder/site developer based on the Main Line.  The combined companies build and develop properties on the Main Line in Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, South Florida and the Hamptons, NY.

 

All of the members of the Paolino Development Team have years of experience in the construction industry including our supervisors, managers, and craftsmen. Each subcontractor is screened to ensure that they can meet the high standards that Matt demands all our team. Matt’s expertise is derived from both years of formal education and real-world experience. He graduated with the highest honors in Villanova University’s School of Civil Engineering and the Widener University School of Law. 

 

Being a member of a third-generation family construction business, Matt entered the construction industry during his high school years and worked on major projects throughout the Philadelphia area including the Walt Whitman Bridge, the Philadelphia International Airport, rehabilitation of PATCO high-speed line stations and numerous road reconstruction projects. These types of rigid performance specifications projects instilled the desire in Matt to do it right the first time, in a cost-effective and timely manner.

 

In the 1990’s the family business was transformed into an environmental company that served to perform remediation of contaminated soils. The company was subsequently sold to a large national company. At this juncture, Matt began Paolino Development specializing in residential and total site development and created Premier Construction, Inc., an affiliate that performs site development services for other builders and local municipalities. 

 

Matt is married to his wife, Lori, for 30+ years and they have four grown children. Matt’s extensive background had led him to the appointment to the boards of publicly-traded business entities in the Philadelphia Area, including Mace Security International.

 

 

Part of the process of new construction or renovation starts with the find. Lori has been a licensed realtor for 20+ years with Fox Roach servicing the local area and beyond for Paolino Development and private clients as well. Fully knowledgeable in the building process, thru her father, Dr. Stanley K Ciesielski, PE, Lori was raised within the industry personally learning the means of local Township Engineering, surveying, and ground development. She is a graduate of Villanova University School of Business and the Academy of Notre Dame. Prior to working as a Realtor, Lori was employed as the Materials Manager for Troemner Inc. and was also their Quality Assurance Manager leading them to achieve ISO 9000 & ISO 9001 Certifications. After a 10 year career in manufacturing, Lori chooses to stay local, and join the family business while raising their 4 grown children.
